Mid-Century Vintage Retro Danish Black Leather 3 Seater Sofa with Sleigh Base

Material: Leather upholstery with Beech frame and Metal sleigh base. Maximum Dimensions: Width 187cm, Depth 79cm, Height 74cm, Seat Height 40cm and Seat Depth 47cm. Condition: Excellent with only small signs of age, mainly in the form of small marks to the Leather from general use, and tarnishing to the Metal supports. Description: An elegant Danish Mid-Century 3 seater Sofa.

The sofa is upholstered in genuine, Black coloured Leather, with subtle piping detail around the edges of the cushions. The back rest cushions are fibre filled, giving them a squashy look and feel. The base cushion have been refilled by a previous owner, and are foam filled. The sofa is quintessentially 1960s in design, with its low slung profile and linear lines.

What really sets the piece off, is its striking pair of Metal sleigh supports to either side below. All items are for sale elsewhere, so may be removed at any time. Viewing is welcome by appointment at our Nottinghamshire Showroom.
